PASS scans a bar code on all your security and fire equipment and checks the equipment on an annual basis to make sure your equipment is functioning properly and is fully-documented in accordance with regulatory standards. These browser based reports gives you real-time data and on-demand reports from your computer.
How Does it Work?
PASS places a bar code on the back of your equipment that can be scanned by one of our building inspection report scanners. PASS will send a certified technician to check your equipment and scan the equipment in as completed. When the bar code is scanned the information is uploaded to a secure, web based account.
This gives you a report detailing the condition of the equipment and verifying that your equipment was inspected. The data is compared to past inspections and statistical analysis using an online database. Each piece of equipment has a unique bar-code on the back to ensure the device was checked. This method allows you to track the inspector’s progress and make sure every device was inspected. The scanned timestamps cannot be modified and are accessible to authorized users only.
